HHTW is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant<\/strong> to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in accounting, a keen eye for detail, and experience with QuickBooks Intuit<\/strong>, we\u2019d love to hear from you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Manage financial statements and reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Intuit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Minimum 3 years<\/strong> of experience in accounting<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Intuit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with general ledger functions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Advanced MS Excel skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Manage all accounting transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Prepare budget forecasts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Publish financial statements in time<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ensure timely bank payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Manage balance sheets and profit\/loss statements<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Report on the company\u2019s financial health and liquidity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Audit financial transactions and documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Comply with financial policies and regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
